Website Information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Large & Associates handles information associated with your use of this website and communications initiated through it.

Effective August 25, 2026

Please do not send confidential information, medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or information about an urgent legal deadline through an unconfirmed website channel.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information associated with the Large & Associates website. It does not govern information handled after an attorney-client relationship is established, which may be subject to professional duties, engagement terms, and other applicable requirements.

By using this website, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information You Choose to Provide

We may receive personal information when you call the firm, send a message, request a case review, or submit the case-review form on this website. The information may include:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, and preferred contact method;
  • A description of what happened and the type of matter you wish to discuss;
  • Names of involved people, facilities, or providers;
  • Documents or other information you later choose to provide; and
  • Records of communications with the firm.

You are not required to provide personal information merely to read the public pages of this website.

3. Information Collected Automatically

The website host and related technical providers may automatically create routine server logs when a page or file is requested. Those logs may contain an IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested page, and the date and time of the request.

The site’s front-end code may also record basic interaction events, such as telephone-link clicks, page scroll depth, or selected content.

This website does not use Google Analytics. It does use the Meta Pixel (Facebook), and we have deliberately limited where it runs. The Meta Pixel is present on one page only: the dedicated advertising landing page at largelaw.com/facebook/. It is used for one purpose — to measure whether someone who clicked one of the firm’s advertisements reached that landing page.

The Meta Pixel is not present on any other page of this website. The home page, contact page, and every page describing a medical condition, injury, practice area, case result, or resource article — including nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, birth injuries, hospital negligence, and wrongful death — contain no Meta advertising or analytics technology, and Meta receives no information indicating that you viewed them.

On the landing page, the pixel reports a single standard PageView event and nothing else. No conversion, contact, lead, or custom event is sent to Meta from anywhere on this website. Advanced Matching and Meta’s automatic event collection are switched off, so no information you type is transmitted to Meta: your name, email address, telephone number, state, selected type of concern, and description of what happened are never sent. Telephone-link clicks and form submissions do not generate any Meta event.

4. How We May Use Information

Information may be used to:

  • Respond to an inquiry or requested case review;
  • Conduct an initial conflict check or evaluate whether the firm can consider a matter;
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry;
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • Prevent spam, fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
  • Maintain business and communication records; and
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, professional, or court requirements.

5. When Information May Be Shared

Information may be disclosed to employees, attorneys, contractors, consultants, intake providers, website hosts, or other service providers who need it to perform services for the firm. It may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, professional duties, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the firm, its clients, website users, or others.

Large & Associates does not use information submitted through its website intake process for third-party behavioral advertising and does not sell that submitted information as part of its ordinary website operations.

6. Third-Party Websites and Embedded Content

The website contains links to third-party websites and relies on a small number of third-party services to operate. Specifically: pages that display a case-review form use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection challenge that receives your IP address, browser information, and interaction signals in order to distinguish human visitors from automated ones; all pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested; and video is embedded through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set advertising cookies unless you start playback. On the advertising landing page at largelaw.com/facebook/ only, the Meta Pixel loads from Meta Platforms, Inc. and receives your IP address, browser information, and the address of that landing page. Meta may set cookies on your browser there, including _fbp and _fbc. No other page of this website loads the Meta Pixel or stores a Meta advertising cookie, and no other page’s address, title, or subject matter is transmitted to Meta. When your browser loads or interacts with third-party content, the third party may receive technical information and may apply its own cookies, privacy settings, and policies.

Large & Associates does not control third-party privacy practices. Review the applicable provider’s policy, including Google’s Privacy Policy, before interacting with embedded content or leaving this website.

7. Security and Retention

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures may be used to protect information. No website, email, form, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Website form submissions are not stored on the web server. When you submit the case-review form, your message is written to the server only briefly, as a safeguard while it is being transmitted, and is delivered to the firm by email. Once delivery succeeds that server-side copy is deleted immediately, and only a non-identifying record that a message was handled — a reference number, a timestamp, and a delivery status, containing none of your personal information — is kept. If delivery fails, the submission is retained on the server so that your enquiry is not lost, and is automatically deleted after 30 days if it cannot be delivered. Information the firm receives by email, or after an attorney-client relationship is established, is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, conduct conflict checks, maintain appropriate business records, meet professional obligations, protect legal interests, and comply with applicable requirements.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may choose not to submit information through the website and may call the firm instead. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with a website inquiry. The firm may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted for conflicts, professional duties, recordkeeping, security, or legal reasons.

Browser controls may allow you to limit or delete cookies associated with third-party content, including the Meta cookies described above. You may also review and adjust how Meta uses your information for advertising through the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account, and most browsers offer a “do not track” or tracking-prevention setting. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to read this website, call the firm, or submit the case-review form. Depending on where you live, the use of advertising technology of this kind may be treated as “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising; if you wish to opt out, contact the firm using the details in Section 12 and we will act on your request.

9. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. The firm does not knowingly use this website to solicit personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact the firm.

10. Attorney-Client Relationship and Confidentiality

Using this website, calling the firm, or submitting a message does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is established only through a written agreement signed by the client and the firm.

Until that agreement exists, do not assume that information submitted through an unconfirmed channel is privileged or confidential. The firm may be unable to represent you, including because of a conflict of interest, jurisdictional issue, deadline, or case-selection decision.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the website, intake process, service providers, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of the page will identify the current version.
