Large and Associates has agreed to represent the victim of yet another tragic incident at Holston Manor Nursing Home. A resident who entered the facility to rehabilitate an orthopedic injury developed a Stage 4 bedsore with just a few days after purportedly left to lay in his own excrement. This incident took place in in July 2015.

Residents who cannot move well and are incontinent are a high risk for developing pressure sores …..especially when facilities do not keep the residents clean and turned. We will continue to apprise the public of how this matter, which is filed in the Sullivan County Law Court in Kingsport, Tennessee develops.
